Dr. Jon Dandridge, a Jacksonville native, is passionate about sharing the many health benefits of chiropractic care. Having personally experienced how chiropractic care helps people perform at their highest level throughout his baseball career at Orange Park High School, The University of North Florida and with various professional teams, delivering chiropractic care is his way of giving back. It also helps him achieve his overall goal of elevating the level of health within the Jacksonville community.
Dr. Dandridge graduated from Sherman College of Chiropractic located in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Sherman College is the preeminent chiropractic college in the country, dedicated to training young doctors in the delivery of subluxation specific chiropractic care. In his practice, he focuses on improving the overall function of the nervous system by locating and correcting areas of spinal dysfunction known as subluxation. He also focuses his attention predominately on the upper cervical spine with a heavy emphasis on making the necessary corrections needed to restore proper spinal curvatures.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find Dr. Dandridge taking long walks with his daughter Ádi and wife Ádelle, riding his bike, skateboarding, or doing pretty much anything else that requires self-propulsion. He also plays the guitar and is working to perfect his fluency in the Portuguese language. His passion for giving back and paying it forward also continues with yearly trips to South America. Here, he and a team of other doctors and students provide chiropractic care to thousands of people in local communities.
